Horrigan represented the seller in the approximately $7 million sale of the Cain Farms property. The parcel was purchased by CTR Logistics Partners and Diamond Capital, represented by CBRE locally. The site is zoned as an Industrial Business Park, provides easy access to I-70, and is a valuable opportunity near Indianapolis, the Midwest’s industrial, commercial, and transportation center. CTR Logistics Partners and Diamond Capital have plans for spec buildings that will total 1 Million SF + on the site.
